Allen Carelse – CA(SA) SAIBA BAP(SA) is a founding member of SiAl Consulting. He holds a BCom from UCT and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.

Jermaine joined SiAl Consulting in 2012 after working in the Retirement Property industry for 7 years. He holds a BTECH Degree in Internal Auditing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

Lisa has been a part of the team since 2012 as an independent contractor and joined the team on a full time basis from this year. She has more than 20 years experience in accounting with a broad background in Pastel Accounting and Pastel Payroll.
